EXECUTIVE SET UPDATE

A few quick, but important, things from the Executive Team.

1. DO NOT give your personal phone number or email to customers. Let them contact Customer Service to handle any questions they have. That's why we're here.

2. From this point forward, when you sell an executive or executive plus set, if it's not the display, the follow items are the ONLY things you'll give them in store:

Exec set: Deluxe set, Double Roaster
Exec Plus: Deluxe set, Double Roaster, 12" wok

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ADD-ON BOX TO GIVE THEM, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INDIVIDUAL PIECES!

All items in the add-on box, and the induction plate, MUST BE SHIPPED. This means that customers do not get the 12" fry, 11" saute, 11" stir fry, etc. 

3. There is no Chef set A or B anymore. Just the Chef set. You can just have the sticker on the box scanned (not the shipping box, the ACTUAL EuroCAST box).
